This women’s harness has been designed my Mystic for comfort and support while learning or if you have any sort of back injury.  A seat harness helps with the learning process because the lower centre of gravity transfers power into the healside edge quicker for better edge control while learning.  It also prevents riders from coming off the front of the board in the early stages of riding.
